Carolina Auto Upholstery opened its doors in 1998, in Jacksonville, North Carolina. After 8 years of servicing Jacksonville, the business moved locations to Richlands, North Carolina to expand its specialization to other neighboring communities. Chris Lauret, owner, started out as an apprentice upholsterer under Randy Johnson until 1998. The shop has grown into the most trusted auto restorer in the area, servicing local new and used car dealerships, the Jacksonville City and Onslow County Garages, motorcycle and car clubs, and various military groups.
